Our club is 2500qf; space has been maximized to provide club members with a comfortable and inviting atmosphere with attention to detail. The equipment layout provides personal space for members with room to comfortably move around. The club floor area is covered with industry leading rubber flooring that is odor free and provides a comfortable workout surface.Club equipment includes a series of cardio equipment from leading manufacture PRECOR - including three treadmills two elliptical machines, and a pair of AMT's or adaptive motion trainers, two upright and two recumbent bikes, all outfitted fitted with personal TV's. Members can work out without missing their favorite program or an important game. A spin bike and rowing machines rounds out our cardio profile but we also have an aerobic room for stretching and warm-ups with yoga mats, stability balls, and medicine ball rack.If you’re looking for strength, we've outfitted our club with quality and function. Impulse selectorized machine's to work every muscle group. Impulse Smith machine along with our full Cage provides versatility and safety with over 1500lbs of plate weight, both polyurethane coated and iron. "All things are not equal" when it comes to bumbles, and our rubber TKO dumbbells just feel right!Complementary Towels, lockers and washrooms with full showers are all here, so you can concentrate on your workout and leave the amenities to us.
